Dorcas Mutemi is an ardent student of history and archaeology with a keen interest in the rich heritage of Eastern Africa. She supports Swahilipot Hub Foundation’s heritage department, contributing to the preservation and promotion of local history. In addition, Dorcas serves as a mentor under the Global Opportunity Youth (GOYN) Case Management Empowerment Program, focusing on providing support and guidance to individuals, particularly in community-based initiatives. Dorcas is committed to better community engagement and empowerment through her work, believing in the transformative power of heritage. She also has a strong interest in research, analysis, Heritage Law and how youth interact and utilize heritage
